DAILY CLEANSER

Hey guys,

It's been ages but I thought I'd make a comeback with a daily cleansing. For the people who know me, you know I'm extremely superstitious and pretty paranoid about negative energy. I've done so much research on how to safely cleanse this energy and I'd thought I'd share it with you all.

An absolute essential for me are candles, each day I burn about 4+ candles at a time for a good hour or two and sometimes all day. If you're a horror movie fanatic like me you might be a little cautious with the use of the candles but I LOVE THEM! I went to Ikea the other day and there was such a big selection they even had these black candles and I was so excited, so I picked up two packs each had four in them at 99c each. These ones aren't scented however . I also have these fabo candles in small glass jars with a cracked look so the light seeps through creating a gorg little pattern on the wall, I have two of these and I don't remember what scent they are exactly but I got them on sale for $2.50 each at Big W. The next candle I love and I've almost burnt it all but it is in like a glass jar thingy it's vanilla and fig and smells like heaven. I've had it for so long and it's only just starting to get to the bottom, I got this one from Kmart. Moral of the story though if you find a cheap candle that looks and/or smells great and is cheap buy it!!! PLEASE DO NOT BURN YOURSELVES.

I also have one of those automatic air fresheners and I have the rose scent, this is great for getting rid of negative energy and it does it on it's own and it smells amazing.

I have also just found another method that says if you mix sea salt and water in a small dish and leave it on a desk or set of drawers it will soak up the energy then you just throw it out at the end of the day. I don't know if this works I haven't tried it yet but let me know what you guys think.
